Welcome to Malamute Codes! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, apps, and related services. By accessing or using anything we build, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use our stuff. (No hard feelings.)

1. Who We Are

We’re MALAMUTE CODES S DE RL DE CV, a small but mighty team creating lifestyle apps, productivity tools, and dog-focused features. We build our own products.

2. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our apps and website only for lawful purposes, and not to:

  • Break the law

  • Try to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our services

  • Steal or misuse any content

  • Use our apps to track someone else’s dog without permission (bad human!)

Some features (like syncing, tracking, or personalized settings) may require you to opt in or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details private.

3. Intellectual Property

Everything we build — logos, app interfaces, code, graphics, and yes, that adorable malamute mascot — belongs to Malamute Codes. You can’t use or reproduce any part of our products or branding without our written permission.

4. App-Specific Terms

If you use any of our apps:

  • You must comply with the rules of the relevant app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.)

  • You agree not to misuse the app (for example: spoofing dog GPS data, or trying to impersonate our developers, who are dogs — come on)

  • If the app collects or stores any personal or location data, we’ll always ask for your consent first

5. No Warranties (But We Try)

We do our best to deliver clean, useful apps. But everything is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee that:

  • The services will be 100% error-free

  • You’ll never encounter a bug (we hate them too)

  • Our apps will meet your every expectation (though we hope they do!)

6. Limitation of Liability

Malamute Codes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use (or inability to use) our apps or website. Use them at your own discretion and risk.

7. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse our services. You can also stop using our services at any time — no leash required.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll revise the effective date at the top. Continued use of our services means you accept the new Terms.
